Edited: they made it right and got my service restored. Let's hope my bill reflects this issue too. *Waited until I left my cabin to get groceries, then came in and tore up my driveway, cut service, when we just transferred service a week earlier! Horrible customer service. No notification, no email nothing and no walk in business office. And we're disabled veterans!

Charged me twice with two deposits. One $300 deposit was already paid then I moved 50 miles away 2 months later and they charge me another $300 deposit. I applied for fuel assistance which was approved for $1,032. I paid a $100 on the second deposit and was told AEP would take the remaining $200 from the Fuel Assistance. Today is the 14th of March and AEP shut my electric off. Because of a Remaining $200 deposit and I'm disabled on SSI. But they sure did take that $1,032 in Fuel Assistance before they shut my electric off. If they could've waited until the 1st of April when I get my SSI, I would have paid it. Now I have no way to turn my electric on and all my food that I buy with food stamps will go bad Can someone or AEP help me?

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve never had this much trouble from a company wanting to get paid. I’ve had the landlord verify my occupancy and he’s even called in to tell them over the phone. Service guy seen stuff on the porch and said the other occupants are still there so he denied turning it on. This company is the worst ever. I wish there was another company to use.
