Very rude place of business! I hate my kids have to catch this bus to school! I called for help and was treated very badly! Needs new management asap! The person I was speaking with Told me he was a supervisor! Terrible!!!!

I take the cars to get to my school and back every day. Hate it. The cars always smell of smoke and are cranked up to the highest heat setting possible. People don’t wear masks and the cars are filthy. The people don’t care about their jobs. Ive seen drivers smoking while waiting for kids. The drivers and aids use foul language and the cars always come at random times. I once had a driver that came an hour early so they could have extra money. Whenever I’m dropped off i have to walk some to my house, so the driver needs to stay and make sure I’m safe. They do this with other kids. But not me? I’ve had multiple drivers in different cars and they all play this inappropriate station by default. Don’t take your kids here. Get a better driving service.

This company has a bus that stops across the street from my home , to pick up students . It is the responsibility of the parents to have their children ready and outside on time to be picked up from the stop, it is on the other hand against state mandate for the bus driver to repeatedly honk the horn loudly to alert these people that they have arrived . In the statute that is included on the licensing exam for bus drivers it states the horn is to be used to alert other vehicles and pedestrians while in motion (not as a doorbell or alarm ) . I called in a complaint and the receptionist said they would speak to t he driver .! That worked for about two weeks , now they are back at it sometimes blaring the horn 3,5,8 times for 7-10 seconds . It is obnoxious and unprofessional. My next move will be to write a formal complaint to IDFPR to have the company drivers audited & the company itself fined . And I do have evidence in a perfect , clear recording .

I continually have to fight with this company about my nonverbal child getting to school. The director of the company Aaron doesn’t care about these children and he is completely rude all the time. He’s disrespectful and unprofessional. My son has been abandoned plenty of times and was being taken to the wrong address. My sons bus lady was nice enough to contact me and let me know the situations were happening and just keeping me up to date. The director proceeded to yell at me and interrupt me saying I shouldn’t have to talked to her but every-time I call the company there’s a issue . I’m sick of it and want better for my children.
