I will only get my tree's from Tree City! They are wonderful tree's and wonderful staff! Wade was a life-saver this year when I had purchased a tree that ended up not taking in water the way it should of, I think. It probably would have been okay but Wade said it was better to be safe than sorry, and I agree. So he said no problem, we'll just exchange it for a new tree. Well, I had no way of getting the old tree back to them and getting a new tree to me. No vehicle to transport, no one to help me, etc. I had originally paid a friend gas money to help me get the first one but now that friend was out of town for the holidays so he was not available to help. So what does Wade do?... He picks a real nice new tree and loads it up in his truck and brings it to my house and set's it up for me then takes the old tree back in his truck! He delivered to my house!! Who does that kind of customer service anymore? If ever? Incredible!! I was so impressed, happy, thankful, you name it! I couldn't believe it! What a kind gesture!! But they wanted me happy and that's the kind of company they run. I have bought from them the last couple years and have been very happy with their tree's, they are fresh, smell so good, last a long time, needles are good, etc. and after this experience I will only shop from Tree City and will always highly recommend them! We stopped here on Sunday on our way home after being disappointed with a local farms selection. What a happy accident! Great selection and very competitive pricing - same as a tree farm. Every single tree looked worthy of a home. Plenty of people around to help and get loaded up - we will be back next year!
