Waited 2 hours to pick up my prescription so I specifically wouldn't have to wonder the store that doesn't require masks. I'm still asked to wait 15 more minutes, and stepped out of the line. I tried to walk around, only made it 4 ailes down and saw two customers without masks coughing and an employee who's mask only covered his mouth. Immediately went back in line and waited. They did take every bit of 15 minutes to finally fill it. It took another few minutes to key my insurance because they didn't think to enter it while I was waiting. Not much urgency, I saw then fill half a dozen prescriptions that weren't mine while I was waiting and dodging customers getting too close. Felt invisible at best, neglected as a customer at worse.

The staff is excellent and very kind, especially chuck the head pharmacist. I’ve taken care of my grandmother for almost 8 years now. She has heart, blood pressure, lung issues and copd. He has always went out of his way to make sure that she has what she needs and that I know what I need to concerning her health and medications. And I have seen him do the same with every customer. He’s one in a million.
