I would give them a negative number if I could! I have been with oneals for a while and absolutely loved them, got my parents to switch over and any time someone would ask for pharmacy recommendation I was highly highly recommend them. I'm not sure what has happened in the last year, im not sure if they have because greedy like all the other pharmacies but they have completely gone down hill. I called in my medicine a week ago and went to pick up my medicine this evening and it wasn't ready, not sure why it takes a week to get medicine ready. Then I was told I couldnt use my goodrx coupon, which would have saved me $10 all because "they have a plan in place" yet no one can tell me anything about this "plan in place" only "it's out policy" and that "you can take your goodrx coupon and go somewhere else". First who tells a paying costumer that? 2nd your "plan in place" is costing your customers more money. The medicine I picked up is $9-20 without insurance, the good rx would of been $16 but your "plan in place" is costing my $25.99 but then you won't let me buy it without "your plan in place". So I'll take your advice and go elsewhere, never step foot in an oneals and I'll make sure all recommendations will be NOT to use oneals!!!! And hopefully you continue to tell your customers to go elsewhere maybe by then you won't be in business costing your customers more money then it needs too!!

Ì really like going to this Pharmacy. I had to switch to Walgreen's because of insurance reasons & there is no comparison between the two. I liked it when it was Tayloe's & I now like O'Neal's.
