I’m a retired pharmacist and this pharmacy is the slowest I have found. At 10 am I was told 15 minutes longer, 6 hrs later still not done. My next stop will be my third time trying to get one rx filled. My time may not be important but it is to me and I don’t want to spend my time returning to pharmacy. I know it should take no longer than 5 minutes to fill an Rx. It has taken them longer looking me up to tell me it isn’t ready yet. A very poor staff or a very poor business model.

I had the best help I have ever gotten at any pharmacy at the pharmacy at publix in Cornelius Nc on Jetton rd. I have had a lot of good experiences with different pharmacist, and very few bad ones in my life. My Son and I have the flu. The lady pharmacist that helped me tonight, her name started with an S. Found my prescription, when wallgreens could not, and assured me she would find my medication, if they did not have it there she would find it at another location. She double checked with the Dr. who prescribed it, and fixed a mistake on the Dr's End. Then she found my insurance I had not yet given them my card, and compared the savings up against the savings they offer. More over she comprehensively gave me options that would help, and a time quote, then apologized politely about trouble leading up to me turning to publix from Walgreens. I was starting to doubt that this kind of customer service was still out there. I'm so glad I went to Publix.

I love shopping here! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the produce is great, and they have a wide selection of items. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it. They have the best selection when it comes to fresh and frozen seafood compared to other nearby grocery stores.
