Trail is short, 0.5 miles, but has downhill and uphill elevation that is mild difficulty. Overall, the trail is worth the view of the fall which you can view the front side of the falls or go on top, too! Highly recommend visiting if you are in or near Big Sky.

Beautiful winter hike ! Can be done with no snow shoes but a few slippery areas. The altitude will get you out of breath easily !

Great hike! It's short (1.5 mile round trip) but it has a lot of great views! You can park right at the beginning of the trail for free and there is a restroom at the start of the trail
