This store is consistently out of products. I'm always told that either they haven't had a truck in weeks or that the warehouse just sends the store what they THINK they need and that the store isn't allowed to place an order. If that's true, this is the stupidest way of running a business I've ever heard of. And the selection of nail products keeps getting smaller and smaller. Don't waste your time here if you are a nail tech.

The store is always out of what I need, and the employees treat you like a criminal for being there. I'm ALWAYS asked if I'm licensed, with attitude. I've been licensed for 15 years.

I’m not sure if this problem has been resolved but If she gets a flier/monthly catalog in the mail there is a number on the back she can call them and they will give her another one. If she goes decide to go in and doesn’t have her card they can look it up by name/phone number
