My 4 yr old granddaughter pushed a button, (still don't know what one) and engaged the door latch on the drivers door(could not close door) I tried everything I could think of, called West Chevy and they said be careful and drive it up to us, I got there and with in 15 minutes had the problem solved, they do no know what she pushed, but they got it to work again and just said have a good day, no charge, no hassle, just fixed the problem.
