Wanted stairwells’ carpet cleaned. Unfortunately they did not have a smaller adapter to clean all the carpet. The sides & where you shoes hit on the toe areas were not cleaned. I must have had this problem before as I had booked them in the past but just did not remember having this issue before. Will be making a note of this so I don’t repeat this again. Feel for the $199. I paid defined not worth it. I will now have to try & do it myself with my own carpet cleaner. Something I was trying to avoid with my bad back. I guess I should have asked more specific questions. When you call to request your carpets cleaned in your hallway up the stairs, I did not think they would not have the tools to do it completely. Jason & his coworker however were very nice.
