Jose is phenomenal! They are responsive, appreciative of your business, efficient, and competitively priced. As a car novice I try to research prior to making an appointment, Jose made that research a breeze by communicating quickly and effectively. I felt beyond comfortable with his knowledge, experience, and ability. The staff was courteous and kind too. They took the time to record the issues found so I could understand visually, as well as explaining it in terms I could understand. All around accurate and appropriate pricing for services provided. After the BMW dealer told me I needed my transfer case replaced and quoting a ridiculously high price to get the work done, I found Jose and the guys at BMA and took my car to them. What first impressed is that Jose took the time to speak with me when I called them, other repair shops just rushed off the phone with a "just bring it in".They did the due diligence and took the time to find out what needed to be done to address the issue. Jose was able to find the and fix the issue. I cannot be happier with the service received, the problem is gone and my car drives great. I have found my new mechanic if he will have me...lol. thanks again Jose!!!
