My friend purchased a leather sofa from here paid $2200 with protection. After delivery he contacted within 72 hours to report the issue and no solution. Poor service and their protection plan won’t help you. Please stay away from this place.

I will not recommend this place. They delivered and I contacted to report the issue within 72 hours of delivery and no one came to fix the issue. Worst service. Please stay away from this place. It’s not worth buying here and loosing peace of mind.

We bought furniture 2 months back which was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 months. Have been reaching out to the salesperson as well as store manager and cannot get an answer as to when we can expect it. This is increasingly frustrating as we keep leaving messages and do not get a response. This is at the Christiana/Newark location. EDIT: called after the reply and NO answer from Lisa, or the the front desk, or Shelly who sold us the furniture. Had to use another phone and got an answer immediately which leads me to believe they are avoiding answering. How unprofessional! We were able to get ahold of Wilson who has been helpful so far and delivery has been pushed back an additional 2.5 months. We have a wedding coming up for which we need this furniture and looks we may have to cancel if it’s not here soon. The order is under Abhishek Bhatia. EDIT 2… over another month has passed and still NO WORD on when we will be receiving this furniture. I have never had such an awful customer service experience anywhere. I can only recommend to STAY AWAY!!! When will we be receiving the furniture we PAID FOR?? Two words to describe Johnny Janosik- unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Can you please send a picture of the set in question?
We follow state guidelines and do a few extra things to ensure our customers and staff stay safe. We require all staff and customers to wear masks, maintain a 6 ft. distance, and regularly disinfect surfaces, among other things.
