The owner of this company, James Renai, stole $800.00 dollars from my father. James Renai canceled our install at 10pm the night before, due to personal reasons. We decided not to reschedule his services due to the extreme lack of professionalism he portrayed through text. We felt it was better to steer away from this company at that point. Meanwhile, he became very rude and irate and refused to refund the $800.00 deposit he was given. The way he speaks to people is disgusting and degrading. Please save yourself the aggravation and find a reputable company that stands by their business/morals. DO NOT trust this company, we are currently waiting for a hearing in civil court. Shame on him for taking advantage of a senior citizen that is a veteran at that.

Last year when we were searching for a company to install a surveillance system around the exterior of our home a few of our friends recommended Stay In Sight. I received a few price quotes and decided we couldn't beat Stay In Sight's price, before the install James Renai (the owner) came out to the house, came up with a game plan and two weeks later we had our system installed. During the install they were great! their work was cleanly done and James explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it (because I was asking a lot of questions). Stay in Sight's customer service is excellent as well, they respond and resolve any issues quickly!

Business owner lies too staff lies to employees & lies to "friends". Prices are never consistent.Terrible leadership, I watched him upcharge a customer for ladders & parts for a job he already quoted a final price. He tells contractors that he needs more money to pay for staff at a worksite but the staff never got paid. Doesn't know a thing about alarm systems. Had us working on a lift 30 ft in the air on top of a roof with NO PPE no hard hat no harness. Give false promises and can not be trusted. James is not a good business man.
