Trash recruiting firm. The firm will let you go through the interview process and within an hour of your final interview, they will pull you stating that they found a better candidate. If you have done well enough to get to the final interview, why pull a candidate? It makes absolutely no sense at all. Do not waste your time with this firm.

My recruiter was extremely helpful and after my contract employment was completed, I was offered a full-time position! I went through about 3 interviews and at one point was in the middle of a orientation when that company realized they hired too many people to start with removed their offer to many, including myself. This was extremely stressful for myself, but also my recruiter. She got me 3 more interviews immediately and I was offered another job (my full time one) two weeks later! I'm not sure if you're still there but thank you so much Kristin M! Your hard work helped me more than you know! (My work was IT, I was paid on time and even sent email reminders from Kristen and Kristin when I didn't submit my hours. My experience is from 2019 to the end of 2020)

Insight Global set me up with a 6mt contract with WellSky. For months for some reason a WellSky employee felt that I was a threat. I avoided it a long as I could. When WellSky started to set up for yhe original start date in February, i applied new Monitors on all the desk on the 2nd floor and took the older model Monitors to the 3rd floor by myself. Connected what Monitors I could to docks that was already on desk. Applied new docks the company ordered to the rest of the desk and connections I ordered that I thought was going to work. Long story short WellSky didn't open in February so they moved it to April. I stated getting messages from the manager that was suggesting that I was not helping in the process of getting the office ready from what he was being told. April 4 he didn't tell me that I was let go but before that me and the employee blew up early in the morning. I reached out to Crystal with Insight in hope of receiving a new position with another company. Crystal reached back out to me on April 4 just to tell me that WellSky did not want me back. I informed Crystal that I had put in for some jobs they had posted in Houston and Dallas. I also asked Crystal what should I do with my WellSky badge since they didn't tell me I was let go. I have yet to hear back from Crystal on anything. Since it been 2wks I feel as if I will not hear back on anything. My experience with Insight Global after WellSky seems more on valuing to being a champion for the company than being a champion for their employees that they send out on these contracts.
