I purchased a keepsake bracelet for my daughter is deceased, I went into things remembered looking for a keepsake bracelet that would honor her I found a bracelet with three sections on it where I was able to apply her name and her children’s name I enjoyed the bracelet the woman who waited on me was very kind, however after a month the bracelet broke I’m very concerned about not having it anymore for the keepsake purposes of my daughter, I went to things remembered on June 2 as a enter the store very well dressed gentleman waited on me and with no hesitation looked at the bracelet and immediately went to finding a solution to satisfy me he called around to every store to see if there was a replacement first, then he proceeded to call other stores to see if there was just a bracelet far and wide he searched at the end with no result in finding a bracelet he graciously offered me to replace it with the total amount I paid, after deciding what I want it engraved a beautiful watch for me it felt good to have someone be so kind and understanding I kept apologizing but he made me feel there was no need to things remembered, I feel that is the proper name for the store things remembered so that your memories will forever stay in your heart Forever.!

I had the Best Experience Ever with the Assistant Manager Sean! Sean was Extremely Professional, Caring and Super helpful with assisting me in making a decision on my purchase item.
