The campground was really nice and the owner very friendly. When we went it was very rainy and the trails were VERY muddy. Lost two hoof boots in 10 min. Would probably be much better riding in drier weather!

The camp sites are on a side of a hill and other than the barn there is no level spots . We arrived and after 2 days was informed that they had a problem with the well for water at which I even offered to help. After the next day there was no water and the owners made no attempt to repair at which time we left . There are a lot better places near by to enjoy a equestrian vacation.

I stayed for 7 days last April and loved it! The owners are wonderful, the stalls are nice and roomy, dry and clean, especially after staying at a place that has "covered"stalls in which the ground and horse get drenched if it rains. The trails are nicely rugged, rocky and beautiful. If you ride your horse, then you don't really need a turnout pen. Also, I have never seen nice cabins where dogs were welcome to come inside. I enjoyed my stay enough to plan on returning this April.
