My 4 year old loves this place. The beach is her favorite. Very busy, we always stay near the beach and it on the main road that is heavily traveled. They have all kinds of events, plenty for the kids to do and it's kept clean around the park. Golf right next door and town isn't to far away. No washer which was a pain when my threw up all over his bed and we had to go into town to wash everything but it's not to far away. Friendly staff. Be aware of the golf cart hours. We got in trouble and was told they will ban us if they catch us again. Not used to having restrictions at a lot of the other places we camp. But the rules are in place for a reason so be mindful. Super close to the race track which we love also. Everyone at the park has been so friendly the handful of times we have stayed.

Lot's of amenities but too much of a party & permanent site crowd for our young family. Lot's of golf carts speeding around with intoxicated people and kids dangerously hanging off them. My children witnessed a puppy fall off a golf cart and subsequently get ran over by the rear tires, killing it. Obviously nobody intended for this to happen but this is a synopsis of the golf cart/party atmosphere that seems to be here. I feel bad for the people who had to go through that, but it shows why we wouldn't even let our kids ride their bikes around. Pry safe for adults, but families with young kids I wouldn't recommend.

Starting going to Sunnys couple years ago as weekenders friendly clean food trucks store playground lakes basketball court volleyball. Grounds always clean everyone friendly owners friendly all always very helpful we are now seasonals 😃
