Unfortunately they didn’t have the bike I wanted available. Jim went above and beyond, found my bike at another dealership hours away, traded one of his bikes, and delivered to my house. Communication and service was excellent, highly recommend this Dealership.

Jim was slow to respond and ignored emails. I spoke to him on the phone and he would not follow up. Wanted to buy a bike from him but he would not quote a price. Made my purchase elsewhere where I was treated as a valued customer.

Thank you AGAIN Wes and Jim at Championship Powersports. Just purchased my second KTM motorcycle from them because the first experience was awesome, just like the second time! Jim, Owner, is super nice and Wes in sales is absolutely fantastic. They even delivered the bike to my home in metro Detroit and the delivery guy was even nice. Love this place and now they have a customer for life! Highly recommend!

Best experiences I’ve ever had buying Powersports. I was in and out loaded with a new Dirt Bike In less than 15 minutes. Owner is awesome. Very friendly, fast and amazing. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, sales experience etc. and I’ve bought a ton of Powersports!! Will be back. Thank You!!

Loosen sprocket cover to access where chain is wedged push bike backwards or gently pry it should come loose then inspect chain and sprockets to see why it happened.
