Yes they do
Hi Daryl. There is a zip tie on the side of the handle where you put your hand through to carry it. It can be hard to see as it blends in with the case. If you cut that it should open. If it doesn't, bring it into the store and we'll see what may be holding it up. I hope that helps! Jeff
