My wife and I were visiting friends in the Vinton, VA area, and we made a trip to Mountain Fruit and Produce in Bedford, VA. We purchased a bottle of blueberry preserves, and we're wondering if they would send us more of their products?

Rebekah is right. There's also a farmer's market in Bedford town, last time I was there it was Tuesday and Saturday, with the Tuesday one actually at the ymca. Also check with the Bedford Urban Gardens folks (I'm sure they're on fb) over on Jackson in Bedford town. They may sell tomatoes but they're also connected into the producer's network.
