Don't know if it's Salem,or where ,but a FedEx driver didn't yeild at the roundabout Wed,and I was in the circle he cut in front of me then pulled off to let me by , waving his arms, when I got home he was there , and proceeded to lecture me that I went in the circle to fast (25-30) he said the speed limit was 15,,signs have work zone 35 mph,he say that had I hit him it would be on his cameras,and my speed to and if I got hurt at my age they would put me in a nursing home,, he doesn't know how old I am,and he's the one that didn't YEILD,, he needs to come off of his high horse,stop playing radar,and talking down to people,,this was at the Hanging Rock roundabout..he needs to do his job,and leave the policing to the real police ! Oh I googled the speed limit it's 20-25 mph unless posted which it was 35...

I have an order that was ordered on May 25th 2022, it's divided into three shipments. Got the first one from the Roanoke Facility, no problem. Wonderful people. The next shipments are coming from the Salem facility. I have been since June 2nd 2022 to get them. The driver keeps bringing them to an address, and it's not mine. Saying no one's there. I am disabled and at my address 24 7. I don't know where he is. They have my phone number, if they have any issues. The driver never calls. The items are misc, medicine and etc. I feel I'm begging for my shipment. This is ridiculous. By the time the items get here, they'll need to be discarded. Something needs to be done about this. And no one is.

Fedex pulled in my driveway , got out looked in the back of their truck around 11:00am , got back in the truck & left.....No package?....We have cameras & were watching them at the windows....Now my tracking says 3:19 pm attempted to leave package but business closed or customer not available....I was in my front yard at that time planting grass!.....These people are flat out liars.....2/28/22..Boones Mill, Va.

I don't know I'm just a driver

Is there anyway to contact the driver that is delivering my route so I can let him know we have 2 addresses and where to actually come too....I've got to sign for package and don't want to risk it being returned.

Call fedex ground local office they can get the driver

How do I contact my local hub. Apparently drivers can't read. They leave packages on an uncovered front porch when the sign of my front door clearly says please leave all deliveries on carport ( which is covered and not in direct sight of all cars)

I think you need to call 1 800-Gofedex and they will relay the message to your local terminal. Someone from the terminal should call you back.

HOW IS IT THAT A PACKAGE CAN BE ON A TRUCK FOR DELIVERY FOR A WEEK AND STILL NOT MAKE IT TO ITS DESTINATION. WEATHER AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE NOT A VALID EXCUSE! IF I HAD A CHOICE OF CARRIER FEDEX WOULD NOT BE MY CHOICE.

You wouldn't say that if you were the one delivering the package! Volume at FedEx goes from 4,500 a day to 12,000 during the holidays you'll get your package!
