I want to convey my gratitude to NYC singing Telegrams, as an NYPD Police Officer and my girlfriend being an FDNY EMT, our schedules are very fluid and change frequently, and the office accommodated my scheduling and had the upmost professionalism. An amazing and fun service done well! This was my first time using a singing telegram. I wanted to cheer up a friend so i call Jon - who was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with, for same day service. He helped me pick out a character for the gift. Bernard, the actor, was interactive, funny and got the crowd going! Only wish i could of been there instead of watching the whole thing on video. Prices are reasonable, service is great! Well done!!
