From here, you can take a B44 local. That bus runs up New York Avenue until Fulton Street, turns left, and then turns onto Bedford.

At the bus stop before boarding the bus. There are two machines for MetroCards and one machine for coins. After paying hold onto the receipt for the duration of the ride. You may be asked for your receipt as proof of payment.
