Yes on both side of the station, downtown/Queens bound and uptown/Manhattan bound. Make sure you get on the correct side before entering the turnstiles.
Looks like they are adding a bridge to cross over the top of the tracks at the havemeyer end of the platforms thats qhy they removed the stairs on both sides
