bad experience with long way upstair. and also long way downstair transfer from train 6 to train N, W, R and more downstairs for train 4, 5

Elevators, not yet. This station is slated to receive elevators in the coming years. The project will add an elevator to the platforms and to the south exit. Meanwhile a separate project will add an elevator to the north exit.
Take the N or W trains to 39th Avenue.
