I've had two large rugs cut down and reconstructed by Carpet Culture. This last time they removed a stain that others said was "unfixable." Javaid is incredibly attentive and reliable, and the work by his team (thank you, Fatima!) is ALWAYS impeccable . The combination of superb craftsmanship and customer service is unbeatable. Man I love this place.

Absolutely first class experience. Javaid is extremely helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable. Have been a customer for over 5 years and the only place I go to in NYC for all my rug needs. Completely recommend Carpet Culture for the excellent service they offer.

I have old carpet for that has in my apartment for years would it better to put down new carpet or to get cleaned?

Hi Miguel, if your carpet is valueable and has family value or vintage value, it's best to clean it. Otherwise if it's a machine made carpet, it won't worth cleaning.
