Manhattan/Bronx at lower level if you come from Atlantic Ave and want to transfer to . No clear sign until you get to the stairs way.

The C train runs weekdays and weekends. At night, the A train makes all stops. There is always a train that stops at 116th street. Transfer at Fulton Street to continue your journey.
