I must say this is one of the most reasonable trash removal companies who actually return phone calls, their employees smile and do not throw your cans around or your recycle bins, and most of all they show up unlike all my other experiences in the Hendersonville area with other trash removal companies.

I've been trying to get ahold of maybins for the last week. I dropped off a check for my balance on the account in the Dropbox and my check has not been cashed and that's 2 weeks no one will answer the phone I'll leave message after message and no one ever calls me back.

Updating my review because they finally succeeded in collecting my garbage without complications by the third week of signing up. Hoping it's smooth sailing moving forward. My initial review: They failed to collect my garbage for two weeks in a row and don't pick up the phone to deal with service issues. Terrible company.

After moving to mills river we had to change companies from waste management to maybins. Its pretty crazy how pampered the maybins trash guys are. They told us that they would only take trash that is bagged up.. But only in trashbags that they see fit. No mulch bags with trash no grocerie bags with trash, sometimes they even leave bags that are actual trash bags! Not to mention the boxs, ive never seen another trash company so picky on what they take and see fit to take. Its trash people.. I understand not all companies have automated trash trucks but If your guys cant reach into a trash can and grab the trash out, then maybe they're in the wrong line of work!
