Did you go & meet with them or send an email. Do you know which deacon or pastor. In my personal opinion youre dealing with 2 or 3 separate questions & issues. When you say "alot of" paranormal going on "around here" explain what you're calling paranormal & where, for how long & why this church for help? What prompted you to seek this churches help. This is important because now churches are alike.You and I in our faith if you claim it are the church. In the flesh if you will the buildings are not & each building is governed if you will by different parts of the body of christ "the church" they all have different understanding, core beliefs and purposes. Their spiritual gifts, beliefs, leadership, organizational affiliation, etc. If you had reached out to a Pentecostal led church you more likely would have a different outcome. Be careful to not judge to quickly that you would not attend this body because of this. Do you go to be seen by men & to judge them or to see God? Contact me
