Corey to the rescue! His chill attitude and great customer service kept me from having a meltdown. I was in Ashville on a business trip when I realized I somehow packed both sets of keys for my car back home. (I always take my keys with me because it feels weird without them in my pocket.) Well, my car was boxing my wife's car in the garage, and she had no keys to move it! So needless to say I was freaking out because I needed to get her keys pronto. I was working up a solid panic attack when I came to UPS to figure out my options. Thankfully Corey was there to help out. It's not hard shipping a package right? But I wasn't in a fit state. But he was super chill, and helped me get keys packed up nicely, explained the shipping options, and got my keys out the door fast tracked back home to my wife! Thanks Corey!

Wow! These folks really have it together - service, quality, speed and price! Went in to have several documents notarized and it was a joy to watch a "well-oiled machine". Customers with varying needs were greeted and taken care of immediately and efficiently. Daniel helped with our documents and he was friendly, fast and thorough. Just had to give them a major thumbs up - job well done!

Customer service is on point. Daniel Aiken should be promoted and given a raise. Every time I visit this store Daniel has gone out of his way to make sure I don’t over pay for shipping rates by checking ups ground turn around times. He’s probably saved me $50+ by doing this. He also swiftly and calmly helped me with getting my title notarized in a crunch even tho they were extremely busy/not offering that service at that moment. He goes above and beyond to help customers and does so with grace. Seriously UPS get this man a promotion and a raise! I will continue to go to this location bc of the excellent service I have received.
