You can call the probation officer and tell them and/or if they are doing something illegal, you could call the cops on them. Also, most police departments have a crime - tip line that can be done anonymously even but that's not a definite or recommended way.

I don't want them knowing that I am the one who told is there some email address I could use to report the information that the office needs or how other than calling the cops or talking to the po can I do this ? Can I get email address

You can get on the ncdps.gov website and make a report. You can always call a PPO and report anonymously as well.

It depends. Best thing you can do just to be safe is have the person that is on probation/parole ask their probation officer directly. It can vary by case/officer/individual situation. Also, they are given paperwork when they are initially placed on it that should lay out all of the general rules and possible stipulations for their probation. It is typically an overview though and may not be the best source... So asking the probation officer directly is the best bet and the only way you can know for sure.
