They are under new management and I love it here honestly. Great staff and pretty quiet around here. Been here 5 years and don't plan on moving.

I liked living here. Staff were friendly and worked with you. Occasional noise, but I lived in Philly and Baltimore so I didn’t mind the noise and kids playing outside. I'd prefer the kids playing outside to video games. The maintenance is kept up. No mold or roaches. It's not really low income where the rent changes due to your income. U cannot make over a certain amount to move in, but if your income goes lower your rent never changes. I don't like the fact that the exercise room will not reopen or the pool is CLOSED a good portion of the summer the pool is too small to enjoy. These amenities are the reason for the price. All in all a nice place to live.

Never lived here but I’m sick and tired of the tenants throwing there garbage all over the place! You have a dumpster up there learn how to use it! It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Don't know if they are but u can go by there and etc check in with the office to see what they say on that deal
You have to go there to the rental office it will be on the left hand side in the 1st or 2nd building. It will be easy to spot the exact door when you see it, they are very professional!
My sister lives there, google the number and call the office. People move in and out often, or so I heard. They should be able to tell you everything you need to know darling.

Only the pool the exercise room has been down for yrs. No other amenities. The pool is nice but no pool chairs or tables which sucks
Management sucks!! Its ghetto and they take a long time to fix repairs You have to meet a certain income according to how many people vs. your income
