The rooms were very nice. We didn't have any towels in the room, however the front desk rectified that when it was brought to their attention. They were very friendly and courteous at the front desk. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Orlando at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I stayed at 3 other choice hotels in the past 4 days and this one qas by far the best. This is the only hotel to give me a gift for being a platinum member. My room was clean and comfortable. Had to knock 1 star off for a dirty pillow and chair, which I would NOT sit in because that looked like something biological. Overall if I were ever in the area again I would definitely stay there.

Great stay. The first thing that hit me when I walked in to check-in was how clean the lobby smelled at 7:30 on a Friday night. That tells me that housekeeping takes pride in their work. That pride was evident throughout the building. Clean room, clean halls, clean elevator. Friendly staff. A great value. I would stay here again!!

The staff was super nice and helpful. It was nice that everything was clean and well taken care of. Pool was nice and relaxing. My only complaint was that the front doors had cars parked out front blocking the entrance the whole time. I am on crutches and having to figure it out in the ice and having the door blocked was not fun.
