My wife and I had Lowe’s install a fence for us. They said it would be done in about 3 weeks. Three weeks came and went and I tried to get a hold of the guy that was in charge and no one would answer my phone calls or texts. Finally found another phone number and talk to some of the managers at the store. During all this time they finally delivered most of the materials for the fence. It set here in my yard killing my grass for a entire month. They apparently lost the other material. When the contractors that Lows employed came out they actually did a great job installing the fence. They even said that the previous person that was in charge was trying to upsell us on some stuff that we didn’t need. So they were nice enough to bring it back and get us a refund on it. And so the installers did a great job all around. It’s Lowe’s it’s self that was the problem. They didn’t even bother trying to fix the grass or giving us some sort of partial refund for not getting the fence done when they said it would. It took about 2 1/2 months for them to get it all sorted out and installed. Also the materials that were lost are the materials that the up sold us. So we didn’t even need those materials. The bottom line is that Low’s made quite a few mistakes and did not try to make up for it. They didn’t even really apologize. I understand people make mistakes and things go wrong all the time no one‘s perfect. But it was quite ridiculous.

I like this Lowes but I don't like how they treat average customers that are not a PRO.

I roamed around there for 45 minutes in a wheelchair couldn't find what I was looking for Finally found it but the 3 other things I was looking for couldn't find them so I left
