I’ve been doing business with this bank since 2017. I’m very dissatisfied with the operation’s. The mobile deposit wants you to write with your signature SharePoint mobile deposit only. This seems ridiculous to me. They reversed the deposit until I resubmit the check. Over the years I’ve had other problems but nothing as petty as this. Some people like the smaller banks to hopefully get better services however it’s definitely not true at this bank.

The last few interactions with employees I have had at this branch left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, the atm is constantly out of money. If this continues I will be seeking a different Institution to handle my banking needs.Our goal is to provide the best member service. Walk away from this credit union. Close your browser window and research a better one. Despite having an account with them for years, they ALWAYS give attitude when you call for fraud assistance or ask about overdraft charges.
