Room door lock is broken. Staff is very rude. Horrible customer service. About 4 or 5 staff standing outside the front door smoking most of the time. You have to walk through a smoke cloud to get inside. We were missing parts from our ice bucket. My son went down to ask if they had another bucket and there was an older man with glasses and he was very rude. He looked at my son and said "You know....we don't even have to give you an ice bucket. I have never heard such a rude comment from an employee. I do believe he was a manager. We have stayed here several times before. Last year when we were here the staff was amazing and very friendly and accommodating. I usually never give a bad review, but the behavior of this man was very uncalled for. If you are not a friendly person, you should not be in the hospitality industry!!!!!

Terrible hotel rooms with even worse service. Arrived with three other colleagues and made it to the room which was 85 degrees. Light switches were not working and tv was pulled away and unplugged. Started the AC to cool down the room which started to smoke and smell like electrical fire. All three of my coworkers rooms were in similar condition with hot rooms and no working AC. Went to the front desk to obtain new rooms and was told they no longer had any. No apology was extended or offer to assist us in finding new accommodations for the night. Public bathroom was dirty and documentation hung in the restroom showed not being cleaned in about a month. Highly advise avoiding this location.

We stay at this hotel on a regular basis. We are called by name as we enter the hotel. We frequently use the park and fly option. We fill out a form with our name and flight information. We call the hotel for shuttle pick up when we have landed and have our luggage. Today, standing in the rain, the phone call will not go through. The 1-800 number May as well be a recording. They have no cell phone number for the manager. So we take a Lyft to the hotel. The desk clerk informs us the phone system has been down for 4 days. REALLY? Hello brainless, you have a list in front of you listing names and flights. You don’t have enough common sense to check online to verify the flight is on time and send the shuttle to the airport?

George at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He asked us about our trip and where we were from, and was genuinely interested. Everything works great in our room and it was a very clean hotel as well. We also enjoyed the hot tub, as this is the first hotel my husband and I have been to in awhile that has had a working one! Would stay here again if we come back to Bentonville.

We took that late flight in and they picked us up. At the time (last December) the shuttle ran until midnight.
Yes, i used them to avoid having to drive through snow early in the morning to catch a flight. The shuttle drove me to the airport during a snow storm.
