DO NOT go to Area 51 bikes in North Charleston. I took a $1,100 mountain bike in for a tune up and to make sure it was road worthy. The owner NEVER even looked at the bike, and charged me $200. The rear derailleur was completely snapped (which could have killed me), and the rear tire was connected only by the quick release. And to add insult to injury, - the BB bearings were shot. DO NOT TRUST.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!! Chris, The owner, was professional and personable. I was prepared to leave my bike for the repair, as I was on my lunch break and didn’t have much time. He assessed the situation and was able to complete the repair while o waited. The reviews on Google is exactly why I came and I would recommend him to anyone!
