The prices at Sam's Club help you save some money which is nice. Their employees though are ALWAYS MISERABLE. From the customer service desk people to the cashiers, they always look and act like they absolutely hate their jobs. Update - no change, still good prices and the employees still look miserable

Getting worse and worse. Only 2 remaining full service cash registers, the rest are all do it yourself. I refuse to use these, as 1 they pay no taxes making mine higher, 2 they ELIMINATE jobs, both entry level and part time supplemental income, and 3 I'm not an employee so I'm going to do their work for free, I think not And getting worse, was there today, 10/2/22, still onlyb2 cashier operated registers, but now the receipt checkerboard the door takes way to long, basically rescaning the entire order, terrible customer service
