My car has been experiencing slow air leaks in my right rear passenger tire. And my last tire purchase was at Costco tire center back in 2019. I came back here cause the staff has always shown amazing customer service. I didn't have an appointment but came and walked in after lunch. Erich was very kind to inform that they were fully booked. But Erich mentioned he would take a look at my tire in regards to the slow leak. He easily spotted the issue and was able to show me a picture he took with his phone. No nail in the tire but worse. My suspension had been eating up the inside of my tires. Erich checked the others and all 4 needed to be changed. Luckily there was a deal on Bridgestone tires so it was perfect timing. It wasn't in stock for my size but Erich easily placed the order and ensured that they will be in by tomorrow afternoon. He mentioned to follow up during lunch. I did so the next day and spoke with Adam who was able to fit me in by 3pm. I dropped off my car by then and got a call within a couple hours that my car was done. Easy smooth process (would've been better with an appointment made on my part). But the guys Erich and Adam ensured I was taken care of.

Came in for a tire rotation but the person refused even though there was enough tread on the tires. A lot of back and forth with a bunch of jargon and technical stuff thrown at me in what felt like an attempt to intimidate. Ended up talking to a manager, who told me to put 250 miles on the tires to get a credit. I came back a couple days later and same manager told me to put another 500 miles. A week later I came back and was told to put another 2000 miles. The next time I come in over a month and 2000 miles later, the manager is still there but no longer the manager. I have to explain it all over again to another manager who ultimately doesn't know what the first manager was having me do to get a credit. I don't get a credit but the manager offers to perform the tire rotation that I originally came in to do in the first place. So I get my tires rotated couple months and 3000 miles or so from when I wanted to. All of this with the usual long lines and wait times mentioned in many other reviews. Now I'm back because I turned into a curb and damaged one of my wheels, and it doesn't take much for aluminum wheels to break. Got a flat tire as well. They are happy to sell me new tires and install them on a new OEM wheel I brought in. 2 or so hours later I pick up my car and was told I could not get a credit for the road hazard warranty because...I didn't get the tires rotated every 5K miles. I explain to the person the history but of course it doesn't matter. The person further goes on to say I was in an accident and the road hazard doesn't cover that. There's no damage to my car or anything that would suggest an accident. I guess they wore me down, as I was done talking to people who didn't care about much other than selling tires. Before I left, they also added TPMS sensor installation fee. In the end, compared to other tire shops I've called, I spent roughly $400 more at Costco tires, which in the grand scheme of things isn't that much. But on top of that, it's the terrible treatment and attitude from the staff that has turned me away from ever coming back, at least until I realize the complimentary tire rotations that take 2+ hours isn't worth it. I'd recommend you stay away if you can.

Thanks to the very efficient staff at the Costco Tire Center! Made an appointment for my free tire rotation and nitrogen air inflation...in and out in an hour and a half.

Came in for one single wheel installment. They said they couldn’t give me a time frame of when to pick it up but I had a crack in my wheel so I had no choice. Came in after closing, 5 hours after I dropped it off. my car is sitting in the garage already with the new wheel on. They kept saying they weren’t done, waited for over 45 minutes and they kept saying that the car would be done “soon” with no time frame still. Horrible customer service the guys were rude and kept shrugging me off. Go anywhere else please and do not waste your time here. Trust the other one star reviews.

You'd have to ask Costco. Battery prices vary a lot. You'll need to decide what length of battery life fits your driving habits...i.e do you want a 3 yr or a 5 yr life on it? Also if you have a screaming stereo system you'll need a more powerful one. An average price would range from $125-$150 for just the battery itself.
Yes, if you previously bought from them the warranty may cover it, if it's not repairable. They will fix it fir free if possible to fix. If you haven't bought from them, they will still repair.
Yes
Yes..$14.00 for the install and $ 1.00 for the disposal per tire
