They are the best! I use their outside tire filling station all the time. If I ever have a problem, one of the staff helps me. Today I had a nail in my tire and they were great! They fit me in to do the repair. I love using the Costco Tire Center!

I always buy my tires at Costco, best customer service. If the tire fails, they honor the warranty right there and you get a refund of part of the original price. Free tire rotation while you shop.

Friendly and helpful staff working the receiption desk, but subpar performance. I can rotate my own tires in 15 minutes with a floor jack and jack stands, so I would expect the tire shop to beat this given I had made an appointment a week in advance. The job took over an hour and I watched the technicians stand around talking while I sat there. Not terrible, just not the performance I expected.

You do the work. They take the money. Paid up front 3 days ahead of any work being done. Made an appointment, yet had no priority treatment and stayed in line for 20 min. Was then told to go to my car and get exact mileage, run some other errands for the costco tire manager. All the tone he was selling some other stuff to a person off the street. Not nice, Costco
