I called ServPro after a house fire with major water damage. Walker arrived at my home within an hour and started the clean up process. Over the next several days, Walker and his team worked diligently (in extreme heat and humidity without air conditioning) to clean up the debris, remove any damaged items and remove walls, flooring, insulation, etc. I am so pleased with the services provided. We discovered that our refrigerators ice maker line had been leaking, apparently for a very long time. Adn although no water was pooling in or around the fridge, it was saturating the sheet rock wall, insulation and kitchen cabinets in the back of the wall. To make a long andd still ongoing story short, for now, I called ServPro, they sent out Walker and Javier to start with the remidiation and cleanup. It was going to be tricky as one of my virtually brand new kitchen cabinets was rotted in the lower back and need to come out. The tricky part was that a custom piece of granite was sitting on top and to pull the cabinet risked cracking the slab. I referred to it as "Hollywood Plastic Surgery". Walker and Javier got started and I must say the "operation" was a complete success! Now I wait for the dehumidifier, scrubber and blowers to do their job.
