It is month to month so the rates can increase. Initially I had left a bad review because I thought that the increase in rates was increasing faster then the rate they charge new customers as a bait and switch type tactic, but I checked on the website after the owner called and the increase matches the prices charged to new clients as well.

Rita, Indoors storage is $200/month but if you prepay for a year, you get the 13th month free. If you leave before the end of a year, we refund any unused portion of the prepayment. Outdoors parking in our fenced, lighted, secure parking area is $90/month with the same prepayment opportunity.
