Customer service is great!! Bianca at the front desk is excellent with customer service. Housekeeping staff member Lisa does a excellent job cleaning your room. If you're looking for a clean place to stay with a nice atmosphere this is the spot.

I was amazingly surprised by how luxurious this hotel looked inside and out. The room me and my friends were staying in had a very comfortable foam mattress. The cleaning service was amiable. That made our beds, stocked coffee, and washed towels. The only problem we had was where the hotel was, and it wasn't that big of a problem, but we were confused for a minute, but not bad enough to change my rating in stars.

The King Suite was big and nicely appointed. Our room faced the Interstate and road noise was much louder than expected. Thankfully we travelled with two noise machines so it didn’t seem to bother the little one. Wall unit heating and A/C. Large bathroom with tub/shower combo and great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Living area and bedroom are separated by a door. Bar area downstairs offers breakfast and small plate food options for purchase. They also offer Starbucks coffee. The hotel was fully booked but we did not notice any noise coming from other rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous location. Excellent managers. Pool and hot tub have not worked for 2 years...very disappointed for our spring break stay. Otherwise...wonderful stay.
