When my husband and I checked in we were immediately blown away. The lobby is absolutely beautiful in a contemporary style. The front desk attendant was very warm and friendly. She checked me in with a smile on her face and gave me a pamphlet on the hotel restaurants and times. We were able to get a night cap at the roof bar. The bartenders were very friendly and easy to talk to, it was the end of the night near closing time but they made us feel welcome and not rushed what so ever. Our room was just a small king; as soon as we walked it you could smell how clean it was. Immaculate doesn't hold a candle to how clean our room was. The bathroom was unique hosting a walk in shower and a rain fall shower head. I told my husband I need one of those at home. I will absolutely be scheduling some time here at Bristol to see the sites just because of how wonderful this hotel is. Heck even if there wasn't anything to see in this area the hotel would be perfect for a staycation. We can't wait to stay here again!!

Wow! What a great stay. Location is great, hotel is beautiful, staff is so friendly, attached restaurant and rooftop bar were awesome, and it is so clean! Rooms were very well sound insulated and full of thoughtful touches. There was a stylish ceiling fan in our room and the windows open a little for fresh air. You are able to go to the country music museum next door for free; just show them your room key. (It is a nice museum.) Definitely recommend!

Loved the stay! I’m from NY, where literally everyone speaks to you with attitude. Not here! The place was pretty, the cards swipe easily, beds are super comfy, and NO bedbugs! I really have to make that one clear because bed bugs and I don’t get along. Super clean and welcoming! Also, pets. A pet friendly hotel, who didn’t mind how many animals we had. If I had to stay here again, I would but I’m moving across the country.

We checked in during the evening with Kayla(?) She was so nice and gave me treats for my dog. The rooms were nice, clean, and cute. The girls cleaning rooms and common areas were very polite and pleasant to talk to. My Sleep was very comfy. They had a Wonderful dog set up with a bed, raised food/water bowl, and bottled water. Had breakfast at vivians table which is in the hotel. The staff there was great and the food was so yummy. Rooftop was awesome and had beautiful views with new heat lamps for any season. hotel is a modern classy feel. The check out lady was also very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back to visit!!
