Food was ok it best. Waitress didnt want to wait tables. Threw the food on the table. Not friendly at all. Took 40 minutes to get basic wings and onion rings. Complained because we ask for ketchup and sauces for the wings. And only made 4 trips to our table that is including bringing the check.

Visited on a March Madness Sunday(3/27). Half the restaurant was blocked off due to staff shortage. We were told there was only one person working in the kitchen, one server, and one bartender. 45 min to an hour wait. Unfortunately, We couldn't score the FREE nachos from the BWW app because they were OUT. I had the 🔟❎ boneless mild wings w/ fries 🍟. 3️⃣of the boneless wings were really hard and chewy. Like the frying grease needed to be changed or something 🤷🏻‍♂️ My fiancée 💕tried the All American Burger🇺🇸. The burger 🍔 looked like it came from Steak n Shake(not kidding) She said it was "OK", could be better. Kate, our server, was phenomenal. Very polite and professional. 👍🏼 I'm surprised it was "short staffed" being a Sunday. There should ALWAYS be a full kitchen staff and at least 2 servers on the floor. Idk, maybe the owners should give their employees hourly raises and $$ bonuses We will be back for those FREE NACHOS! 😉

This review is for the location in Bristol, VA. The BWW app NEVER works and it always states that they do not have the items available that we are wanting to order. When I called I was told "we're not doing that right now" when I asked for a combo that is on the menu. Food from here has been marginal on past orders. My child likes wings. That's the only reason that we have ordered from here. For the $$, my advice is to go someplace else.

i love b dubs but this one was run by a bunch of lazy people. our server was the only one trying. it was dirty and the bathroom was horrid. there was a 45 min wait with most tables open and 7-10 waitresses and waiters standing around on there phones. 2 employees hanging out in the bathroom as well. food and our waiter were both good. but horrible management. this store is loosing money.
