Where to start? The bathroom door has springs to keep it closed, so the bathroom is musty and smells it. The light bases had a slight coat of surface rust and the mirror frame is either moldy or the silver paint is wearing off and showing a black base. Additionally we had to lift the toilet tank cover off 3 times to stop it from running continuously. The last time, it was the filler tube that had come loose from the valve and caught on the float. The restaurant was dark and looked unclean enough to discourage us from dinning in for either dinner or breakfast. The hostess/server didn't even get off her stool to greet us. She just said that if we decided to dine in, just pick a table. The menu was extremely limited and unappealing, so we left for dinner and didn't even think about getting breakfast there. On the way out of the hotel, my wife got a cup of coffee to go and wound up pouring it out before we left the parking lot after one sip. This hotel is in serious need of a refresh and we will not stay here again.

Easy to find and very close to the highway. This was just a quick overnight for us and the Hilton team went way above and beyond. Not only did we get in a lil late, they were so kind and understanding, but it was also my husband's birthday and they left a card in the room. Its these little things that make all the difference.

The bathroom was gross, hair everywhere. There was hair on the sink, shower walls and the shower curtain was disgusting, stained and black marks everywhere. The mirrors have mold growing on them. The beds were comfortable and clean. No free breakfast.

My experience was horrible. A representative from the Hilton Garden Inn in Statesville, VA did not cancel my reservation in the system when I called to cancel it within the time of not being charged. Due to his mistake my acct was locked and was unable to use my points. The rep at this hotel went through great lengths to fix the problem, but the fraud department does not have a number. So I had to send repeated emails. Needless to say I had to pay for the room. Which clearly Hilton wanted to begin with. Instead of letting me use the points that I earned. This hotel also has no suites at all and is outdated. There are no modern amenities and the room had dust and noticeable wear and tear. The wall in the closet has holes from the hangers hitting it. The bathroom door was coming apart from people trying to push it into the room door to hold it open. The only modern amenity was an outdated iPod. You can tell that this hotel has been there for a number of years. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in Hilton and I will be looking into other rewards programs. As I’ve been with Hilton for over 10 years. So, disappointing!

Is the Italian restaurant called Machiavellis near you? Can you let us know. We cannot remember is this was the hotel we stayed at earlier this year. Your hotel had recommended this restaurant and it was excellent?

Good Morning, Yes it is about 10 -15 minute drive from the hotel. It is located in downtown Bristol.
