Great place with helpful and knowledgeable staff that work capably and efficiently. I dropped off two items that both needed two things sewn onto them, and by the time I was done returning an item at the one counter, (which was itself a quick and hassle-free experience) I turned around and my items were already expertly taken care of. Prices aren't bad, either. Way better than anything on post.

The store is very clean and organized. The sewing department is the best. Fast, same day service. The employees are well knowledged on all products that the store offers.

Yes it is already open
They are moving to the shopping center right outside of the front gate. They will be by the pawnshop when they reopen
I don't recall when they are making the move to the new location but as of 1 Sep the old store is closed and the new one is still empty
