They never got back with me regarding my son's eligibility. My son's doctor said that he was eligible thats why they recommend him. My son has sickle cell disease and it has been a month now since I've spoken to someone. You guys are horrible.

At Make-A-Wish, we take our responsibility for donations to our cause very seriously and are pleased to confirm that according to the fiscal year 2021 audit results, Make-A-Wish Illinois spent 61%* of every dollar on wish granting and related program expenses. Only 18% of every dollar was spent on management and general costs and 21% was allocated to fundraising. *In a typical year, the program service expense ratio for Make-A-Wish Illinois is approximately 80%. Due to COVID19 and health and safety restrictions in place since March 2020, wish granting operations were impacted with travel wishes and wishes involving large groups largely postponed. We anticipate granting more wishes in fiscal year 2022. We are proud to be a BBB Illinois Accredited Charity Seal Holder, having met all 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. For full details please review our most recent annual report and other financial information: https://wish.org/illinois/our-chapter#pmanaging-our-funds-p-31391
Yes, the Green Bay Packers have helped to grant wishes to children served through Make-A-Wish Illinos.
If there is a program there, it is not related to Make-A-Wish Illinois. We create life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses.
Make-A-Wish is not affiliated with any shopping application.

Hello. Our mission is to create life-changing wishes for children between the ages of 2.5 and 18 with critical illnesses.
To see if you are eligible for a wish, please visit illinois.wish.org/refer. To qualify, you need to be between the ages of 2.5 and 18 (contact us BEFORE your 18th birthday), be currently diagnosed with a critical illness, live in Illinois and not have had a wish granted before.
Please call our office (312.602.9474) during business hours so that we can look into it.
If you would like to donate toys for wish children, please call 312.602.9474. Make-A-Wish Illinois does not have holiday gift program for children outside of our mission (diagnosed with a critical illness and between the ages of 2.5 and 18, and live in Illinois).
For children with critical illnesses, we create life-changing wish experiences. All of our resources are directed to this mission, so we don't participate in any holiday toy giveaways.
