I been managing this property for 4 years ! Out of the 4 years I have gone through 3 owners. I am so happy with the new ownership /management company that took over a year ago. Stoneridge Management Partners is by far the best company since I been here. The way they work is great and every time I bring about a concern or something that needs to be fix to improve the property they jump on it to fix it. I am very blessed to be working with them.

We had an appointment to see an apartment that was listed on Trulia. During a phone call, the agent asked about our income and credit score, which are both good, so a showing was scheduled. The day of the showing we received a text message to confirm our appointment and was given the phone number of on site manager, we confirmed and received an acknowledgment of our answer. Once we arrived to the location, NO ONE WAS THERE TO SHOW US THE APARTMENT!! We called the two numbers provided and NO ONE ANSWERED. We even left voicemails! This is extremely unprofessional. We never got a call or text that the « on site  manager » was not going to be able to make it to the appointment. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can’t imagine how they will treat current tenants! Absolute trash...

Old manager Jessica would come to our door if there was need of notification for anything. Now new manager all is through text which isnt real professional.
