Self serve kiosk is great to get things put out on Sunday when I have time to package and ship instead of waiting for a weekday

Absolutely awful customer service. The automated system is a joke. Stupid voice activated system takes longer then just entering your tracking number. And in the end, it doesn't tell you anything. My package left the post office in Hinesville at 5 am three times. Stupid system. Terrible customer service.

Yes some of them are very rude. Sad to say but the ones who were rude to me was not the person waiting on me.

I place a letter in mail box by won ton restaurant the recipient have not got it yet the office is in hinesville is that post office box still usable

I am still waiting for my priority mail to be delivered was supposed to be in Savannah on 4/23 that I paid 7.95 for from Hinesville GA to Savannah GA and it still in Jacksonville Florida so figure that out it over 3 weeks overdue for a letter
